Yeah, or possibly Tuesday. Based on past experience of See, "dispatched" almost certainly means "put in an envelope ready for collection by Royal Mail", so even the tickets prepared yesterday afternoon/evening likely won't have been picked up and put into the mail system until today (and an outside chance it doesn't happen until Monday).
