TheDayman
I just upgraded my 5 year old 3 man Arpenaz FnB to a 4.1 XL air tent. Can't wait to bring it for a test run. FnB tents are genuinely game changing. It's the single best thing I've purchased over my 20 odd years of festival going.

prog seller
I bought a Coleman Kentmere 3+ blackout tent before I stumbled on the F&B brigade. Got it off eBay for £70, my only concern is the ventilation, but I'm sure it will be fine 😄

I don't think I can justify the size or £200 though when I already have about 8 tents!

I've got two sunroofs plus a special catch for the back door so it can be open and locked. Tints, thermal window screens and black out for the windscreen, a hook for rear door too and a USB rechargeable fan. I'll possibly have a f&b too as I do own one and so does my son! We helped a solo camper put his tent up in 2019. Honestly, it hadn't even occurred to me that it would be ok to ask for help. As someone who goes & works the festival solo, I had it explained to me before I joined the team that there were not really any other solos so I'd have to be ok with being self-reliant & doing my own thing. I think I probably took that a bit more to heart than it was intended!

I think the advice you were given was really trying to say "don't expect someone to look after you 24/7".

MaseTMT
I’ll be taking my F+B. Will be my 4th Glasto with it and fully expecting to see the fields flooded with them. Oh I hadn't realised that, it's a retail park (I've just checked) and it's not a difficult journey so I'll take the risk sometime soonish I think.
