For all the talk about SeeTickets being shite (which they are) this poor standard actually benefited me last summer when I asked for a refund on gig tickets which was duly ignored so I then went to said gig but at Christmas got an email to say the refund had been processed.

I ended up £110 better off due to their incompetence!

I’m still backing our people’s champion Dan… 

clearly they are due to be sent today, but the company line is “later this week” just to provide some contingency

OR 

Someone gets “I no longer work at seetickets, please contact Chris” from Dan’s email. In this instance all bets are off
