Could it just be a case of it not being on your SeeTickets account yet?

You can add orders with this link in the screenshot, which were made without you being logged into SeeTickets, I had to do this with my Glasto tickets and now they show up

Yes this is the screenshot I was going to add when I got home. Hope it works for you!

Was it car park you tried or a tent? Mightnt let you through on car park as you are coach

It doesn't let you book car park tickets if you've got a coach - but it explicitly says that's the reason so would be fine as a test.

A friend booked our deposits (6 in total) in 2019, and I paid off the balances in March 2022 for 2 of them.

I cant find the order using the tracker, import order etc using my reference number, the original reference number or any other information.

I did get confirmation email, payment was taken and they do show under my registration page, but no where else.

WIll need to contact See to get them to look into it.

Well, that rather depends on how courteous you are, in my experience.

Yes I used to work in customer service and when I worked weekends I would actually get really annoyed if it was really quiet because why was I wasting my time being in work on a weekend when they clearly didn’t need so many of us. The time used to really drag. Was much happier if I had a steady flow of nice customers as it meant at least there was a reason for me being there. I am also a firm believer in nice customers get good customer service far more often.

Yes, you can be firm, persistent and demand a resolution without being rude, obnoxious and a fecking c**t! 😂

One of my first jobs was in a call centre for a mobile phone company. When we got arsehole customers we used to do all sorts to them. Changing their diverts to Battersea Dogs Home, porn lines the lot.

Yes being fair and reasonable with the person you are speaking to goes a long way most of the time.

Glad to hear it all worked out in the end!  On the subject of customer service, as someone whose spent a lot of time in the job, absolutely, nice people we will go out of our way to help, demanding and rude people we'd be more likely to get a bit computer says no.

Oh, I thought you'd tried this Friday when @Simsy suggested it?

Glad you found it though 😊

Honestly, for me it's not even 'nice' as such. Although that helps. Just don't be a c**t. And if you are, well suddenly I have a whole bunch of T&Cs that I'm pretty keen on enforcing.

Exactly. In my previous job I maintained a mental sh*t list and a mental "how nice and decent" list. That did impact grandly the speed and quality of the service. You did NOT want to be on my sh*t list.

Was it possible to redeem oneself when on your shit list, and transfer to the nice and decent list, out of interest?

Yep of course but if someone is genuinely nice and pleasant whilst having a valid complaint they got my A game. I often went to managers saying they were kicking off and honestly they had a point to get them what they wanted.

I’ve told this before that I once got tickets for an evening with Michael eavis charity question and answer session and because I sounded nice on the phone they put me on and my mate on the same table as him … for supper ….. it pays to be nice …. If people aren’t in my workplace I tend not to put any effort into going and getting products they want …. It definately pays
