Bath and West Drop Off Wed Lunch

I’ll be doing the usual this year and arriving about 4am Tues ready to join the queue. We will then be picking our son up from bath and hwest later on the Wed once he’s dropped off. How busy is it likely to be getting to Bath and West at about 12 on the Wed for my mum dropping him off? Are the queues likely to have gone by then??

Heading out from site to find him, fine. Getting back in, probably horrendous. The bus queue should be OK - maybe half an hour but then I'd count on a an hour or two in the wristband queue to get back on site. You might get lucky though.

As we’d have a band wouldn’t we just skip through to reentry? We normally do when we do a second run to the car? I was more worried about the traffic queues getting him to bath and west for my mum doing the driving. If we have to queue to get in again that’s no bother. 
 

Sons three and I can’t remember when he came last time whether he’d need a wristband?

I think the queues subside considerably once you get to about mid-afternoon. Maybe pick him up a bit later?
