Some is some isn't. Think the weather has a lot to do with it been before and of its a mudffest it moght still be getting built!

It was definitely open to walk around Wednesday night in 2019 as I did so, but there was absolutely nothing on from memory.

IICON had a bit of light show going on. Just testing/rehearsing I think, but it was fun to take in that ridiculous stage/arena.

Plenty going on in the Deluxe Diner both days.

I’ve seen a few people saying NYC Downlow was open on Weds? Not sure though didn’t make it to SE corner on the Weds in 2019.

Yes it was - was a good evening to go as we just walked straight in
