I'm driving down on the Sunday (19th). Will full traffic management around Pilton be in place by then? Even if its not in action, will signposting be up on the approach to site?

Some of it is already in place on smaller roads so it very much depends on what you are planning to do?

We have been told to put our village access passes on view from Saturday. Some roads into the village already have security on them, although these are to stop lorries from going through the village to access the site. We usually have barriers up from Saturday throughout the village. They have increased the road closures/ villagers access only this year too.

My plan is to follow the blue routing onto site once I get close by, so just checking I can relax and rely on that!

Thanks both!

Ok yes certainly all the signage and routing is in place already, but note that unless you are crew or working and with a valid reason to enter the site you won't be permitted onto Blue Route eg off A37 at Pylle until Tuesday 21st when car parks open in the evening.

is there a map of road closures? I'm sure I saw one a few years ago, for the first time this year i'll be travelling from the east and want to get to west car parks, just want to make sure my planned route wont encounter any road closures

No map that I've seen this year but here is the Traffic Management Plan for 2022.

Pretty much same as 2019 tbh so assume same road closures.
