squirrelarmy
I’m a Sziget regular so I’m comfortable with very high festival temperatures. If the pattern of heatwaves continues it might be worth damming the river and making a little pond for people to paddle in.
Mr Gigpusher
22-23 ideal but anything dry will do just nicely 🙂
gigpusher
I have joined the majority in hoping for 22-23. That’s pleasant during the day and at night will usually mean I can get away with my smaller long sleeved tops rather than full on hoodies. The worst part is when it stays hot through the night so your tent starts to get hot at about 5am.
glastobird
Yup. Anything in the early twenties is great, with a bit of cloud cover every now and again for respite. 😗👌
stuartbert two hats
I only created this poll because I thought @stevieweviehad been misrepresented and the fecker is the only one that hasn't voted!
incident
I assume the bottom option is mis-labeled? No rain. Who gives a fuck about the temperature.
kalifire
Couple of degrees either side of 20. Don’t mind which.
Ayrshire Chris
20, hazy sunshine apart from clear at sunrise and sunset, no wind to affect the sound, dry ground so absolutely no precipitation.

I coped much better at two Szigets than I did in 2010 at Glastonbury, I think because the festival is a bit more set up for hot weather - the beach area (when its open), easier access to showers, more shade, misters in some of the crowds/walkways, giant fans blowing fresh air into the A38 tent, that sort of thing. I thought I'd be a liability at Sziget but actually loved it. I went first in 2016 and it was a delight compared to how 2016's Glasto had been! elbongo
Probably mentioned already 2hats but temperature is not weather. Anything dry all weekend I will snap thee hands off!
theciderviking
Whatever the weather happens to be in Pilton a week on Wednesday onwards will do for me. It can do whatever the hell it likes so long as I’m in those fields! 😍 Although, if the deities are taking requests, dry would be top of the list. 2017 temps wise would be ideal. PassingCloud
21c day sunny. Warm evening. Cool whilst sleeping. I don’t expect any of this to occur.
prestonmike
low to mid 20s with no rain, any hotter like in 2010 or 2017 then it becomes difficult to walk around with the lack of shade, and the larger tents are like saunas
THEBOILERMAN
I prefer higher temps but willing to take anything above 15 Deg C............BUT NO FUCKING R^*N

mph
There needs to be an option of 'anything as long as it doesn't rain' Clearly be a majority
Johnnyseven
As long as it isn't raining I don't mind, don't even mind mud tbh. I'd prefer it not to be too hot though. Edited June 12, 2022 by Johnnyseven
Cleoclaptrap
For festival low 20s no clouds sunny with a light early morning rain to sleep longer. Any other time 28 +

What is actually our ideal temperature range? It's so common here "I don't like it too hot, I really struggl.." "OH YOU PREFER RAIN THEN!! RAIN IS WORSE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T SIT DOWN. CauliflowerEar
Anyone who wants wall to wall sunshine and heat is obviously the type that doesn't really dance and get amongst it all. If you are raving in a tent or a stage with thousands of others in 30 degree heat after having taken some strong pills, you'll find you might be in a bit of trouble. Its good if its cool, cloudy and a bit of rain to separate the proper punters from the Instagram lightweights.
