We are hoping to get into the cockmill family camping via PG B and We wil be coming from the north via M6 and onto the M5 , we usually end up on the A39 but that brings us into the red route and PG A which will be quite a walk with the kids.

Does anyone know the best route from the M5 that will bring is to the other side and so not get forced into the red route?

Leave M5 at J15 and take M4 east to J18 then A46 south to Bath, then A36 to Frome and A361 to Shepton Mallet where you'll be directed onto Blue Route and East carparks for PGB.

Far easier than attempting the West - East route from any of the M5 junctions South of Bristol.
