Wild suggestion: add some squat toilets / long drops/ compost loos. This way those who want to do that can. Hoping they master the technique. 
I would totally go for it, having been raised a long time ago in a country were those were common place.

They used to have those in the Kings Meadow.  Can't remember if they're still there or not!

Maybe we start shaming the squatters at the long drops...?

If you see no feet on the ground at any point, point and shout "Squatter! Unclean!" at them as they exit...

Well apparently I am officially a Worthy Warrior. I thought they might reject the application being in pre erected camping. 

Not a lot of detail in the email confirmation, but have to report to somebody on arrival who'll explain more. 🙂
