The first few days of the festival are now showing on Accuweather. We're getting in range!

Thunder and Lightning anyone?

Been a wet March down south. 

Has Pilton seen similar precipitation or has the force field kept the farm relatively dry?

Just re-reading some of last year’s weather thread. Absolute scenes. It was in the balance until the very end. I remember it drizzling a bit but thought we basically got away with it in 2022.

I’m a bit nervous at how many years it’s been since we had a washout. I seem to remember it was pissing down at the live event in 2021, though.

The live event was in May. June 21 weather looks to have been 18-20 dry until a heavy rain shower on Sunday night. 

I think 2020 would have been mostly dry as well. 

It was really in the balance all the way up to the day in 2022. As seen by how much woodchip they threw down all over the site.

Last proper muddy one was 2016....so we are due one again soon!

I might be wrong, but I think 1986-1995 were all dry so that sort of run can happen!

1990 was quite muddy, not a quagmire, but quite 'sucky'

Friends of mine did 1997 & 1998....awful...then my first three 2004, 2005 and 2007 all had varying degrees of mud, actually 2007 is probably the worst one I've done, closely followed by 2016.

1998 was the first year people I knew well started to go (albeit they were about 16!)....don't think they dealt with the adverse conditions too well!
