One thing it was not though, is packed out (probably felt it at the front, but was not further back, we walked in easily a few songs in). I haven't listened to one song from this new album, and would be elsewhere, but I think she's an obvious choice to headline based on this past year

FWIW Nova Twins' Thursday night slot on Truth in 23 was one of the best things I saw that year on any stage
Yeah, it's crazy. I might justify paying a little more for a Manchester gig due to reduced travel overheads, but it's still.
Won't go triple figures for any show before fees so this one can stick and twist for now, alas.
I'm in the latter, I think so much of their stuff is about the music and atmospherics. There are two choices really, tour like this or no tour. Plenty of bands have changed the singer and still been good (Kasabian for me are MUCH better, though that splits people even more!!)
