Bristol Airport to City Centre best method of transport & drop off point

Flying into Bristol airport early Wed morning then getting a SeeTickets coach after 2pm from opposite City of Bristol College to Glastonbury.

Will need to pick up some drinks & snacks in Bristol that morning & maybe fine somewhere decent for breakfast too.

Should we get some sort of airport bus into city centre? If so, what stop would you advise getting off at that would enable us to get drinks/snacks/pharmacy and some breakfast before trudging (hopefully not too far) to City of Bristol College with all our gear for the SeeTickets coach.
