Do I dare admit I kind of wouldn't mind a LITTLE BIT of rain?? 👀 My first shift with Oxfam was Wednesday morning last year and the heat was too much, was so thankful I didn't have to do the dreaded walk from car to tent. A bit cooler with a few showers is perfect, would genuinely rather have to wear a light waterproof jacket than be caked in sun cream all weekend.
Saying that, wind is an absolute no from me. Was at Leeds last year with that storm and really just wasn't enjoyable at all.
Depends when you left The National!
At least they didn’t finish on Vanderlyle - that would have been a magical end to the festival.
I don’t particularly love About Today - but the best version of that song was in the latest tour run.
But nothing on earth could have pulled me away from that ending run of England -> Graceless -> Fake Empire -> Mr November -> Terrible Love. Only thing that would have made it better was the crowd singalong of Vanderlyle replacing About Today as the finisher.

Place I'm talking about is down before the meeting point. Opposite the bank machines.
