This is why I'm buzzing if it's true that Christine And The Queens are headlining Woodsies Sunday. See my fave line-up discovery with a great live show at what will basically amount to a "special intimate performance" in terms of crowd size? Yes please! Not bothered about seeing a tiny dot from three miles away that could maybe be Elton John tbh.

I don’t think anything more now untill balance week … that west holts was to make up the numbers to get to close to what we’ve seen previously on the first poster in my opinion

I think we’re going to get something on the electronic/dance lineup before balance payment… something to pull those people in to pay their balances (other than Fred) 

Some people I know, including first timers, were a bit underwhelmed by that first drop.

I sent them last years posters from B9, Glade, Common and Silver Hayes to show what they can expect still to come!

I reckon you’re right. Don’t think it’ll be Silver Hayes as there’s a lot to coordinate there.

Hoping for something more just prior to the start of balance payment to ramp up the excitement levels, if that’s at all possible. After that Bands will want to get their names out there that they are playing glastonbury. I remember speaking to a band on the Avalon who mentioned how desperate they were to publicise their appearance as soon as they were booked.

We are entering a week with one of the biggest gaps where (from the start of February onwards) nothing has previously been announced. It's crying out for something.

Personally I think they’re going to start announcing 1 or 2 a week now with a break during payment week.  Makes no sense to announce WH otherwise because let’s be honest it’s not got those big names that are enticing people to pay

Agreed… WH was slightly underwhelming therefore some bigger names will be needed before payment week. Silver Haynes is likely

Pyramid, Other & John Peel don't get individual announcements before the full line-up.

Since moving to the individual area posters, Acoustic and The Park only got their own announcements for the first time in 2019.

The former JP got a poster last year (although already known).  I’d say they might get their own ish the new rebranding

Yeah, one of the weird ones that come out after the line-up but I think you could but right. 

Having said that, area changes normally come out separately with at least a few names, we saw that with West Holts and Silver Hayes, but it felt like they sort of wanted to lose the JP/Woodsies story in amongst the line-up news.

I think we can agree that Glastonbury has really changed the usual timetable for lineup announcements! So anything is possible!

It's quite painful when a day goes by without a lineup announcement, isn't it? I've always looked on from the peripheries but now, with my first Glasto in sight, it's different 🤯

If you’ve got a twitter account set up new tweet alerts for @glastonbury and then try and forget about it a bit or you’ll drive yourself crazy! 😂

Could Michael not just use this warning system to let us know an announcement is imminent? Saves all this guesswork, after all its info of international importance
