Loving the PSB love. John is a uni friend of my husband's and we saw 'them' (when it was just 'him') several times in pubs and bars before they got big. Such a lovely and talented guy, delighted for all their success. We even asked him to play our wedding and he said yes, but then realised he had a festival clash. So near yet so far...

I’ve seen them a few times now, but the first time I saw them is one of my favourite festival sets, when they headlined Larmer Tree festival a few years ago on the Garden Stage - it was just the most beautiful night & setting, I’ll always remember that one

We do seem to be getting a poster a day now, so I do wonder if there will be 3 more this week (acoustic, block 9 & palais) with the full lot on Friday, or whether they'll add something like San Remo / greenpeace on Fri?

I'd like them to add a poster for the other stage, then pyramid before the stage times next week.

I'm always a little surprised that in this new drip feed of posters that Other and Pyramid don't get their own one. Every other half decently sized area gets one, and altho I get it that the Other and Pyramid are so big with such massive names, they don't really need presenting so to say and a lot already appeared on the main poster, I think it would just be cool anyway. It would show them more as a curated area - to have more character, than simply everyone knowing they're the biggest two stages/fields.

... sorry just remembered an even better stage they (PSB) played. Underneath The Lovell telescope at Jodrell Bank at the first ever Bluedot festival in 2016l! Now that was something else, perfection. Jeez that was a line up and a half for a festival in its first year, Jean-Michel Jarre, Underworld, Air, PSB, 65daysofstatic, Floating Points, Mercury Rev.... That got my eldest son into music that weekend, and he has never looked back and is now doing an A-level in music production (amongst others), so I will be forever thankful, happy times indeed that year

I saw them in Glade, which was wonderful and also in a castle in South Wales, they do seem to get some great venues.

My mate went to Warsaw to see them in a small underground venue and when Spitfire started all the Poles went mental.

Sorry are PSB playing? Playing catch up a lot this week,

I saw the set in 2015 and didn't think much of them, which is odd as I really enjoyed their albums....

Caveat, I was not in a good head space in 2015.

No, we were just reminiscing, Franky.

And, horses for course and all that, but you're definitely in the minority regarding PSB in 2015 - most of us think it was pretty stellar!

Yeah yeah lol it’s that funny old thing called life mate. Sneaks up behind you and beats the shit out of you when you least expect it lol

At 45 I’m fully expecting another couple of beatings along the way yet 😂😂

I've got a few years on you - don't worry, there's plenty of time for more life-beatings yet!

Cheerful sparrows in here this morning! 🙂

I'm expecting one of these life beatings to be coming my way in the next few weeks.  It's been on the cards for a while but I'm hoping I make it to Glasto before it starts - I need a good pick me up beforehand.
