They started quite early, and they didn't include any ticket info with this announcement, but on the other hand, there's already news on the website (https://opener.pl/en/news/263/arctic-monkeys-at-opener2023)...

According to Alter Art (Open'er promoter), Taylor won't be doing festivals in mainland Europe in 2023.

There's no pattern really, but we should have around 8-15 names before Christmas.

In 2019, we got Taylor, Thom Yorke, 21Pilots, and ASAP Rocky before November 28th (this year's deadline for early bird tickets), and in 2018, we only knew 3 names before this date.

I bet that we'll get the second headliner and maybe 2-3 smaller names before the early bird tix deadline and then a package of names (6-8) in December.

I think sometimes that's half the fun - This is my 4th Open'er coming from the UK and I've only ever booked with knowing a few of the acts Then when someone you love is announced it's a bonus. Can't wait for next years already!

They canceled this year due to Covid problems, so I bet they'll definitely play next year!

Is there alot of crossover?

Think I-days is announcing Monday and Mad Cool/Nos Alive on Tuesday.

Four years gap isn't really an issue for Opener. KoL/AM 2009->2013; Pearl Jam 2010->2014.

Guess we will know soon!

I'm gonna guess he'll announce for Orange Warsaw, just think it'll tie in with his appearance at Primavera better and working the European circuit finishing with a concert in Ireland.

I think he'll be a headliner at Ireland longitude festival which is usually after I-days. 

 

But yeah next week brings news for sure
