Bearded Theory 2023

Did i read somewhere that the licence is held by the land owner and not the festival and due to the layout bearded limits attendance lower than other events on the estate like bloodstock.

The images below show the layouts of bearded and bloodstock and shows how they could fit the big top stage in.

Bearded had about 2500+ live in vehicles last year, Bloodstock around 10% of that I believe, so a massive difference in how the capacities are worked out for the total useable m2.

And BT has more stages, 8 at last count am sure, and 6 of which were in the main arena - Pallet, Maui Waui, Magical Sounds, Tea Tent, Pirate Ship, Unsigned Tent.

Bloodstock have 3.

I'd expect the layout to change a little this year, to resolve issues relating to capacity increase....

Tis funny - there are other posts around showing the Bunnymen are playing the Tea Tent on Thursday and too many people are just taking it as true!!
