Growth has improved people lives all over the planet. The climate crisis will be solved by new tech paid for by growth. I don't want to go back to a peasant society.
They have the right balance. Massive investment in renewable power, electric cars etc but not yet ditching the coal/oil stuff. We should do the same. Our economy needs cheaper power and we should use our own resources to provide it whilst adding renewables and upgrading the grid.
Yeah, I was just thinking today purely because the other ones this year have been a Thursday. I do feel as though we're close though. Franz Ferdinand and Weezer being all but confirmed is a great start for me, just want to see what other tricks they've got up their sleeve...
I've always loved them from being young but things never quite worked out for me to see them with Maxi sadly. So therefore I have no frame of reference, but I had a great night seeing this new version of Faithless in Newcastle last year, really delivered for me.
Lil prediction before we get more names (hopefully this week since the poster is no longer on website)

I was thinking they have more chance of pukkelpop, with there set up having more stages and it not being really faithless.
Then I looked they are in Norway (2 dates) over pukkelpop weekend.
Massive faithless fan, although not very keen post maxi.
Never heard of her or her music before, and now that i have i am not imoressed. Well if that means that Max and Justin will perform on the same stage (and I can keep my place at the front after oatw) I really don't mind her on the other side of the field 🙂
