I think the ticket announcement will be Tues 20th Sept....once Queens funeral is done then everything will no doubt go back to 'normal'

I used to play it safe and go wired until a few years back.  With a good stable WiFi signal which most of us now have there's no real reason to do so any more.

If the latency or reliability of your WiFi was gonna make a difference, you certainly wouldn't be using it for other stuff

I wire up the PC,  the only time I ever do it. Other device, the I pad is obviously wireless.  An Apple device, why? Because I’m worth it😉😊

Yep, I’m not feeling very flush going into winter, I didn’t mean it in a flippant way, more that they could easily charge £350+ and they’d still sell out, maybe in an hour rather than 20 minutes but there’s definitely enough people with disposable income to go.

might mean less families, or people bringing more ridiculously stacked replies in with a weeks worth of sarnies

Yes - typically would have been last week.  Imagine they’ll now announce after the bank holiday.

- Set auto-refresh apps to refresh every 1.25 seconds

To go with Autofresh app, let’s say I use it on Chrome on my laptop. 
 

but use Firefox & Edge without anything will that affect my chances on the same laptop?

Pretty much....apart from where using one would give you a separate source IP in a shared connection.

Potentially.  If you set your auto refresh to say 2 seconds, then manually refresh both Firefox and Edge at 2 seconds each you'll have a combined 'hit rate' of 3 attempts from the same device and IP within 2 seconds...and therefore breaching the 1/second limit.

I think auto refresh has to be the way forward.

Just whack it on & sit back.

This also gives you more time to pray to the ticket gods whilst it does it’s thing.

Firefox much better than chrome for t day. Got mine through that in 2017 and then got through again for 2020 but other person in the group bought em first.
