Suprefan
Looks like a pricing map of the tour surfaced. But apparently Blur are the real thieves in the grand scheme. Thats without dynamic pricing or vip packages included.

Yes what's happening in America for ticket prices is disgusting but you can't use the whataboutism to compare here to there. This is talking about a British festival so most people care about Uk pricing structure changes. Sure the US is worse but that's always been the case

And people dont want to get caught leaking info like that. That only goes to a handful of people and easy to trace Edited November 14, 2022 by Suprefan

Are you sure? She's treated like an untouchable goddess on here, the greatest musician that ever lived, and I imagine there are 1000's of more fundalmentalist fans elsewhere. You are real pissed off that people are unhappy about prices about a band they like. Taylor for the past 4 years has been my most listened to artist. If she chargers Blur prices in the UK I'll be ridiculous unhappy as I won't be able to justify it.

gibble
Yes - snake pits for standing on Reputation tour. And if I remember correctly it was around £125 a ticket in the pit...

jparx
Taylor needs to stop taking the piss with her private jet, and stop rinsing her fans on merchandise and ticket prices. Don’t think any fan would disagree with those statements, and there will be a lot of criticism over here once ticket prices are announced. She just also happens to be one of the greatest singer songwriters of all time, but life is complicated and you can praise someone heavily for one thing and disagree with other things.

Yep I'd love to see her at Glastonbury because I know I'd never pay her ticket prices. I think it's really sad that the biggest artists now do charge so much. I would have more respect for all of them if they at least made an effort to have a percentage of decently priced tickets available so that live music doesn't become the preserve of the rich. I remember seeing Bon jovi in Sunderland who had a bunch of tickets at the back for 12.50.
Drinky
Let’s not forget that, as great an artist as she is, she’s still the daughter of a stockbroker and likely doesn’t see anything wrong with maximising her earning potential. chazwwe
My main issue around pricing nowadays is it prices families and younger people out of seeing some of their favourite artists. I got to see so many big bands when I was 18-22. I can't justify these prices now. let alone 7-8 years ago. Family of 4 to go see Blur being almost £400 at the cheapest. Before travel and food is ridiculous and Taylors will be more expensive. Edited November 15, 2022 by chazwwe
