Guessing you were at Reading? There were no pints to be had up north that day without a massive queue, definitely not any chance on a quick changeover!

Quite amusing when people pop up to call someone negative when you disagree with em. Don't see you piping up when I'm being positive. For anyone wondering when to expect new names. The last time we got so few names in the first drop was the 2021 lineup and even then we had more names than yesterday and the next announcement followed the following week. Could see that being a possibility just before tickets go on sale.

It is strange that there’s almost a week till tickets go on general sale. Why not today, why not Monday? I know they’ve got presale to squeeze in but it’s an odd one if they’ve not got more names to announce next week

Thats what sparked my interest in checking how its happened previous when we had so few in our first announcement. Because previous years (including last years) that had a poster went on sale almost straight away if i remember rightly

Correction looked at the calendar wrong. First announcement came on the Monday and we had the second announcement on the Wednesday

Wonder if they’re waiting for the social media dust to settle over the weekend before dropping new names on Monday?
 

Seems like they wanted (and got) a storm by just dropping the Catfish announcement online, maybe the thinking is to let that and the other headliner announcements do the rounds before adding more names.

Quite likely, my thinking is we will get some more names and a first poster in the early part of next week before the general sale.

It’s obviously much harder to promote the lineup with 10 individual posters than one combined lineup one, so I’d expect something else soon

Missed the fuss last night at the pub and don't want to read 15 pages

I think this will sell very well. Day tickets will go very quickly, wouldn't be surprised if weekend tickets do too especially if more acts are announced.

I do worry where the other acts are billed, could see them going very cheap and putting say Raye as a MSE sub. Skrillex defo will be i think 

Will be interesting to see the full poster, its peaked my interest and i'd be over the moon if i was 17 - but not sure i have the budget for another £350 fest after glasto

Yeah. It eventually sells out most years and this is a strong 5, as much as I don't understand the Catfish thing. We don't talk about Gerry. 

Reckon the LG/Catfish and Fred/Lana days will sell out pretty quickly.

I think we have 2 subs right now. Raye and Skrillex, Digga D and Spiritbox are you also appearing names I think, either headlining tents or early afternoon Mainstage

I know it's unlikely, but is it possible that Skrillex could headline the Dance tent? I wouldn't be surprised to see Spiritbox on the FR and Digga D headlining 1xtra, so might be that they've announced 1 act from each of the main stages if Skrillex is on the Dance.

Thanks to who posted the day splits from Ticketmaster here! I was a little annoyed that the festival gave us so little information yesterday

So according to Ticketmaster these artists are MSE and MSW 

MSE: Blink, Fred, Liam

MSW: Gerry, Lana, Catfish
