At the end, Lolla Stockholm did release their full linuep so Roskilde lineup is coming very soon, probably in the next 2 weeks. I’m starting to believe that we might get Lizzo, and maybe Travis Scott if Roskilde doesn’t manage to get Kendrick.

Last year only had Post Malone as a shared headliner so im going to manifest that there isn't as much overlap again this year. Mumford/Travis would be a dreadful remaining 2 headliners. Lizzo atleast has many pop bangers and personality!

Shame that 1975 are already playing elsewhere in Denmark so won't be at Roskilde. Would be an excellent sub on Orange!

I think that it won’t be neither Travis Scott, neither Mumford and Sons. Lizzo is a big possibility, she has a concert in Copenhagen this week so maybe they will announce her after that.

Really wanted to get 1975, but not it’s not possible. Other than that, terrible lineup for Lolla, hope we don’t get anyone else from that lineup apart Lil Nas and Lizzo maybe.

I think it’s a good sign that Kendrick is not on this lineup, it means his schedule is more free for Wednesday to come to Roskilde.

So I guess the final lineup is really coming on the 28th of February, very soon! Many festivals are now closing their lineups, specially festivals like Lolla Stockholm and Rock Werchter and Opener that are in the same weekend as Roskilde.
As for the final lineup, I don’t know about small artists, but as for headliners, looking at what the other festivals look like it might be something like this:

28th - Kendrick Lamar

29th - Lil Nas X jointly with Burna Boy

30th- Blur

1st- Lizzo with someone else, possibly another female artist or a band

The only other possibilities for big artists that are also touring around or are rumoured to tour can be: Arctic Monkeys, Stromae, Black Keys, and maybe Lana del Rey, SZA, Paramore, Travis Scott, Billie Eilish or Liam Gallagher.

Just saw that Kendrick has already concerts on Thursday 29th in Germany, 30th in Netherlands and Saturday 1st in Poland, coming to Roskilde would mean 4 concerts in a row and that seems impossible. Therefore no idea about who’s coming on Wednesday. Arctic Monkeys, as they seem to be free?

Just saw this on TikTok. A random guy that claims that he works for design team of Roskilde posted this with Drake, Maneskin and Pusha T. Seems totally fake, but he also says that the lineup coming at the end of month, like I predicted.

Pusha T is playing in Copenhagen on May 24th. I guess it rules him out?

Roskilde usually do have a Danish headliner too. So I don't know if we can expect much more in the coming batch of names than one big international headliner. Hope i'm wrong though.
Keeping my expectations low so I don't get too upset haha 😅

Of course we can, only Blur are one big headliner until, I think Lil Nas is co headlining with Burna Boy. We can expect one for Wednesday and one for Saturday.

Last year all the headliners were quite big (Post Malone, Dua Lipa, The Strokes, Tyler the Creator). And there are already 2 Danish names for Orange stage, Kesi and Tobias Rahim, so I guess there will be 1 more Danish artist at Orange and that’s it.

Anyway an announcement should come before the end of February, on 28th maximum.

I could see MØ being the late night danish headliner after Lizzo; she released a new album last year but hasn't played any headline shows in Denmark yet to support it(!?)

Could be, let’s hope it’s a small Danish act and bigger international acts are coming, this lineup only with Kendrick and Lizzo and MØ as new additions won’t be good for me, specially compared to other years, but I guess it’s what we are going to get at the end, unless there is a surprise act that we don’t know about now

Roskilde full (or almost full) lineup might be dropping just in 1 week on Tuesday 28th. This would follow the trend of them announcing new names on the last day of every month. Let’s hope it’s really on 28th or even earlier (if they are reading this forum), but for sure it won’t be later than that.

Well we are getting something on the 28th, Roskilde just posted that on the 28th camping booking begins, but I believe that they just want people attention to be ready on the 28th. Only 2 hours after I posted the last post they announced the info about camping, I feel like they’ve been reading this forum and other forums where people also talk about 28th of February.

Well.. As i said before, i'm not sure at all. I mean, we're already have 6 headliners and usually get 8 headliners. So I expect one Danish and one big international headliner. But if we are looking at last years poster it is much more clearly that there are only 4 headliners and a lot of subs. So yeah, I'm clueless here actually.

But to the big Danish name, someone mentionend Mø and yeah, why not?
I'm not too good in Danish music but the Danish headliners the last 10-13 years are names like Mew, Volbeat, Kellermensch, Trentemøller, Nephew and then Mø ofcourse.

Last year Orange stage had 13 artists. This year, until now they announced only 7: Lil Nas X, Burna Boy, Tove Lo, Blur, Kesi, Christine and the Queens and Tobias Rahim. That’s 6 more artists to be announced. Even if the half of the remaining Orange stage performers are Danish or small artists, they are still missing 2/3 big names. I see Kendrick for Wednesday, he would need to do 4 concerts in a row in his tour (not the first time) and another big artist for Saturday, maybe smaller than Blur and Kendrick but still big, something like Lizzo. Specially because those are the opening and closing days, and if you check the posters of the last years, those were always the biggest names on the bill:

2022 Wed- Post Malone, Sat- The Strokes

2019 Wed- Bob Dylan, Sat- The Cure

2018 Wed - Eminem, Sat - Gorillaz

2017 Wed - The Weeknd, Sat- Arcade Fire

And the middle days of these years were also stacked with big names:

2022 Thur - Dua Lipa, Thur - Tyler

2019 Thur - Travis Scott, Thur - Robyn

2018 Thur - Bruno Mars,  Thur - Nick Cave

2017 Thur - The xx, Thur- Foo Fighters

Therefore half of the festival is yet to be announced, including the small artists. A lot of exciting things yet to come, to justify the price rise.

Minor correction, Cardi B was the main headliner of Weds 2019. Bob Dylan was playing before her.

That’s even better, shows how nice the lineups used to be, the same with 2020 cancelled edition that was supposed to have Taylor Swift and Deftones, both giants in their own styles. That’s why I expect Wednesday to have Kendrick Lamar + someone else that is quite big and Saturday also needs a very big name, cause this lineup seems like it’s not attracting many people besides Blur fans, not a bad one but probably the most normal one they had until today.

Im still really sad we didn't get to see the closing riff of Diamond Eyes in a field full of Swifties.
(although, Deftones would have probably been late night in Arena)

I hear you, I hear you. You have a point!
You are making me getting higher expectations once again. In a good way! Haha.

Well they could still do something similar, invite something like Lizzo or Lana del Rey (apparently she's touring) and close it with QOTSA, that would be fun to see.  But my intuition tells me 95% it's gonna be Kendrick, and some danish artist to open the day, probably Kesi as he is a very big name here in Denmark and he was already confirmed to be performing on Orange, just missing the day.

I hope to not disappoint, and myself of course, I bought the ticket a long time ago and if continues in this direction I might consider selling the ticket, as this lineup is only good if you're a big fan of Blur and Rosalia. Well and the hip-hop smaller acts are actually amazing. That's it.
