Not sure how they manage to do it, but it gets more stressful every year!!!

Relieved to say that one of our group managed to bag a golden ticket for us at 10.00am when we had all but given up hope.

I am sure it helped that he is a scouser!

Sending all my thoughts out to those of you on here with that dreadful pit in your stomach, knowing that you have got 5 months to wait until the resales. Don't give up hope. As someone who has often had to do battle in the resale myself, it can happen, don't lose the faith, though totally understand that today will feel like an absolute crap day

7th time success. First time getting them for myself since 2016. First time going solo. A lot of people I know that normally go either didn't get through or it's too expensive.

That was a weird one, we weren’t as enthusiastic this year as most of our group have dropped out, got to the ‘enter registrations’ page at about 5 past, was stuck there for 20 mins before getting to the payment screen, then all went through pretty smoothly, now the excitement has kicked in again 😂

Woohoo! I wasn't lucky on Thursday with the Coaches this year, but managed to grab my very first general admission at 09:05. Looking forward to seeing all you wonderful people in a Somerset field. X

That was hell, but 3 of our groups succeeded with a great deal of difficulty, 3 failed.

Absolutely no idea how, but tickets secured at 10:20am for 5 of us!! Refreshinator got to the reg page for the first time at 10:15 (about a minute before Event Not Found came up) - entered details once and it crashed, entered again and it very slowly walked me through the process. Payment with Tesco Bank was very smooth.

We got 14 in. One of our groups was sorted from a mobile phone in the middle of a cold wet Dutch field. He went straight through from the link to the booking page and didn’t even see the holding page.

fucking madness. The festival had tweeted a good chunk earlier that it had sold out!

I've got possibly one of the worst internet connections (struggle to *llegally stream football), but somehow managed to get tickets to 3 of the 4 Big-Gs I'll have attended.

Beyond angry.  Got through around 9.20, put payment details in and it said it couldn't process my payment. Resubmitted details and the page just counted down. Kept going back a page and trying again and it wouldn't load. Eventually got back in around 10.20 and 2 of the regs had been used. Unbelievably the other 2 people in our group had got tickets via someone else and not bothered to tell us. They've been in ticket buying groups with us before, you'd think they'd know the rules. Last time I go in a group with someone I don't know. Feels so much worse than not getting in at all.

oops sorry wrong thread. Pleased for everyone who got lucky. I could say almost everyone but that wouldn't be in the Glasto spirit...

Almost got the other 5 and got to the screen after the enter registrations page but every time I clicked proceed I just got kicked back to the holding page.

After our payment failing, then getting back through at the same time as another in our party and both getting kicked out, we were hearing reports it was sold out, our pal finally got through on his phone. We're in!!
