I’d go for all from the same place and just arrange for the location that suits most. It’s nervy enough inputting six regs for the one departure point without complicating it.

That's how I've always thought of it.  I'm sure certain aspects are planned/rehearsed, but I've definitely seen improvisation live from some bands - often extended guitar breaks and solos where you can see the rest of the band waiting anticipating key changes and waiting for the lead to nod them back into the bridge/chorus/whatever.

2 major trophies in 9 years, I'd say so.   It's why the big clubs sack there manager after winning domestic cups. Hey liverpool themselves sacked there biggest legend after winning the league cup. That was 12 years ago, when cups were a bit more relevant than they are now.     

Absolutely. They join quite a lengthy list of all-female bands that should really be higher up the billing. I've seen them a fair few times, once a rough pub when they were pretty much unknown. They've never disappointed me ❤️
