Greenelk
How are we looking across efests today? Our group are without tickets thanks to multiple payment page crashes. 3 out of 11 groups successful Edited November 6, 2022 by Greenelk
BBC7BBCHEAVEN
Payment wasn't the only issue We had four attempts at getting through that wouldn't go past the registration confirmation page, it kicked straight back into the queue instead. dogeggs
Couldn’t believe my luck when I hit the registration confirmation page at almost bang on 9am - but confirming reg numbers through me back in the queue every single time. Never got past it. Sure it sucks hard to miss out, but I’ve been getting lucky every t-day for the last 22 years - never even needed the resale - so have to take this one on the chin. Hopefully Oxfam might take pity on me and the wife and let us in as volunteers in the new year. Might be nice to offer something back. Huge congrats to the lucky devils who are celebrating today. Yep.... this was exactly my experience. Had to use the back button from the registration page several times before getting through to the payment page. Half of the times I used the back button, I got a sold out message (despite having entered all the registration details) the final attempt, after hanging for several seconds, got me through to the payment page. Payment went straight through at the first attempt, and the confirmation email was within a couple of minutes after that. Issues I encountered were with the holding page hanging and crashing multiple times, and then as described above, between reg details and payment. Ashl
100% on our group of 29, was the worst one of my 6 tries for sure in terms of drama but 2nd one in a row we all made it, 6th in a row for me.

Yeah this - something very odd going on. Although another of our group eventually did get through and buy the tickets at 10.20 while I was still stuck in that look. Clicked back and refresh but no way out of it.
Greenelk
Good to see the success rate on here high! Congrats to the lucky ones. Too late to add the reg page back to holding issue question, as if you've voted on the other two, you can't vote on a new question, happened to a few of our groups as well
mcbain55
10 out of 13 groups successful. Most after the sold out tweet.
Greenelk
The % of people having payment issues is pretty grim reading
