Good fun that 😂

Glad it went well and stayed dry. Must admit I missed our late summer jaunt to Somerset . Usually camp in north wootton  and walk down to the PP. the webcam froze around sunset so my plans to look out for your illuminating headwear were scuppered😉😊

Well that was a fun night and how great to be back on the farm again … only really got in for Arlo Parks who had an incredible voice so will investigate this further , hopefully with a more attentive audience than the ones around me . Well what can I say about the Streets … really great fun set and a little overwhelmed with the mentions of my hat … pointed out in the crowd and told to stay where I was … my mates and the people around me insisted I go to the front … the crowd let me through … I got there and Mike skinner sent me back said he would come to me again …. Busting for a piss at this point I really had to stay and sure enough during the last song he came to me and a mosh pit started … I’ve never moshed before and let alone with a pyramid on my head absolute madness . Great to meet some of you from the forum as ever and thanks to everyone who helps at these events . One very happy and hungover crazyfool today . Oh and eat the farm burger was lovely too ( veggie options available )

just read this story about how the child thrown 30m down at the tate is recovering,

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-66702948

i've got a lot of empathy for his brain injuries having had my own, these words had me welling up (cos its more than i can do), and i think i understand how hard that'll be for him.

Quote

n is now able to bend down, squat, grab his toys and clothes with both hands from his closet without falling or dropping them.

i wish him well.

Yes, we will! Thankfully the medical issue that stopped us coming down isn’t too bad.  Wasn’t nice having to cancel our campsite booking, especially looking at the weather for the next few days. We were going to stay the week.  Now we will just have to have a wee Somerset holiday later this year😊
