It certainly wasn't what i was expecting. I'm not completely against it, it's just a different sound to their usual which is fine if it works. Will give the album a spin when it drops.

Just got to this one now.  I like, be interesting to see how the rest of the EP comes out.  Joy Division, Slow Readers Club, Editors, maybe a bit of Bauhaus?

New single from Billy Nomates ahead of Friday's album date.  Liking the new stuff, feels more tuneful(?) than the earlier material.  Not to knock the older stuff and I hope that she keeps mixing it up with those punchy pissy numbers, but it's nice to have variation.

Junk was pretty rubbish bar one or two songs, albeit still good fun live, but hopefully this one is more of a return to form. They’re in Prague over Glastonbury weekend but hopefully they play both, I loved their set in 2016.

Man nobody does that euphoric synthy sound like M83. Bit of a strange choice for a single what with the minimal vocals, but I dig it and am looking forward to the album a lot.

I haven't really connected with anything they've done in the last decade or so - but I'm surprised at how good the new album is. Easily their best since The Life Pursuit IMO.

Amazing scenes.  Saw them in Worthing last year with the live set up and it was the BEST night
