Yeah it seems plausible... they're at the level for me where I'd maybe pop and see them at Project House in Leeds if I had no Friday plans but if I'd seen them at EOTR the previous weekend I probably wouldn't bother...

It's maybe by-the-by but whether they'd sell that out before the EOTR gig seems doubtful (I don't think the Walkmen got close to selling out that venue!)

And The Walkmen told you first hand it's not them?

Yeah Hamilton was... completely explicit in Manchester haha. He said the 'End of the Road dude is a nice dude' but they couldn't agree anything for this time and wouldn't be playing.

Could be ??? and not letting the cat out the bag of course but I believed him from that...

Some real bargains on Twickets, can get a ticket for £100

Can't believe it to be honest

I can easily believe it. The overall lineup isnt really a massive draw if youre not already committed. The headliners are very weak.

obviously it will still be a great time but i can 100% see how tickets are £100 last minute. They were last year too.

What I mean is it's a great 4 days for £100 regardless of the headliners

But I agree with you on the headliners . I didn't know you could get tickets so cheap last year

Boygenius did a song with Billie Eilish last night in London.... so they are still in the country....

All that nonsense about the tour ending, and what could anyone possibly do sticking round London / Europe for a week?

A week? Their last gig was the night before and the EOTR slot is four days later.

A guess for ??? - Beirut?  They were a listed headliner a couple of years back but pulled out.  Also headlined a long time ago (before i started attending).

Apparently they have new music out this week.

Christ, imagine if after all the speculation about big names it turns out to be the artist whose pulling out of a headline slot got no publicity whatsoever and was as I recall actively cheered at the time.
