Methinks Justin Hayward might have an opinion about "lead singer with the Moody Blues".

Correction - my bad. Different timings. Denny the original, left, Justin then joined

i used to (1970's) work with a guy who was married to an ex wife of a moody. he was a right old hippie with a big beard (fairly unusual in the 70s) and vw hippie bus with a flash engine [a porche i think].

That’s 3 of the band gone, Graeme Edge, Ray Thomas & Denny. Bought This is the Moody Blues way back when, really good compilation.

Is it now just Macca left on the Band on the Run album cover?

Saw the moodies on the acoustic stage at Glastonbury a few years ago with Michael Eavis guesting on vocals. I'm not really a moodies fan but really enjoyed them.

Really awful news. Only 8 weeks since diagnosis as well. That's a terrible shock.

I mentioned elsewhere if he had being diagnosed earlier could his death have been delayed.

The symptoms of a brain tumour can easily be misdiagnosed as something else.

Benjamin Zephaniah.

I met him in the early eighties after a performance at St Phillips community centre Swansea.

I always remember him as he spoke, he had the most beautiful eyes, full of kindness, compassion and humour.

A great loss to this country and indeed the world. One of the good guys.

Yep sadly know that only too well. Lost my cousin to a malignant brain tumour and they thought she had all sorts of other things before she got her diagnosis. She got probably just migraines etc. She sadly didn’t last long beyond diagnosis either. She was in her 20’s when she died as well.
