Im the opposite, I think a band with so many hits playing not on an album tour is better, it'll be wall to wall songs people know instead of loads of new stuff. Sam Fender might be current but I doubt the album tracks from the new album, however good they are, go down too well 5 months after it's release -

With all the talk about bands who can't play Reading anymore and people mentioning Foo Fighters and Muse etc.. in this breath, how could QOTSA ever still be in the conversation Bar the fact they were scheduled to play recently.... All these bands could still be very much booked -
Big Thief at Crows Nest to about 40 people who were all die hard fans. Absolutely astonishing.
