Looking back at the initial ‘22 poster we actually had a fair chunk of Park acts straight off the bat - all three headliners and a bunch more. Obviously this years poster has fewer acts, but it wouldn’t surprise me if we’ve already got a bunch of Park acts on there but just don’t realise it, especially as the headliners are so hard to predict as they often could also be Other or John Peel acts instead (don’t think anybody was predicting Jessie Ware to headline the Park, for example).

Although all that said, only Fever Ray from this years poster strikes me as an obvious Park act, so maybe they’re saving it for the individual poster a bit more this year. 

Think Manics could be one of them. Supposed to do it in 2020 weren’t they?

I missed the Central Cee on Other info, where’d that come from? Wouldn’t mind as an alternative to Royal Blood

Yeah expecting them to be there. Also wouldn’t be surprised to see Young Fathers as a Park headliner tbh, although could obviously be a WH sub or something like that as well.

They’re playing Other on the Friday I believe, so third or possibly lower as their stock has fallen some in the past couple of years.

Yeah other is the info and tbf that was before they were announced so I’d take it as accurate

A friend just met Slowthai at a meet and greet and said he’s playing the other stage, not a headliner but ‘pretty high up’.

I read a quote from Emily yesterday (in the Guardian print edition) that Fever Ray are a Park headliner. And that C&TQs are also a headliner but stage not specified.

Oh really? Haven’t got a copy handy to photograph that quote about Fever Ray have you? Seems to have slipped through the cracks as I’ve not seen anybody else mention it.

Were a Park headliner for 2020 so might well be doing that again, although could also be mid-Other or even this years Other opener.
