Might be my last ticket balance pay off as a punter … definately looking to see if there’s a different route into the festival next time . Although I’ve still got a couple of big acts I’d want to see so that might get delayed a bit

Hi guys, If you pay your balance up but want a refund by the 5th  do you get one no questions asked or is it only if it meets specific criteria like the refund protection?

as long as you request it by the deadline refund protection isnt relevant , that applies after the 5th

Keep worrying I haven't paid my balance so I go through the tedious cycle of checking email receipt and that money has gone from my bank. 

Its paid. Still.

There is a ticket purchase attempt already in progress using this registration. It is possible that this registration has been added as a guest to another order.

What do i do?
