I agree... ideally I like to see at least one Pyramid headliner (didn't see any last year) but I often have an even better time with the Avalon or Acoustic headliners as you're closer to the stage. I dashed round to Neville Staple at Avalon after Elton finished in 2023, and had a much more fun time there at Avalon! I love to see a Pyramid headliner next year, but in all fairness I can't think of anyone who is touring and available who would be a must-see... still hoping for Pulp, but that's looking unlikely!
A few landowners with land adjacent to the site sell exorbitant hospitality and accommodation packages. There are however a lot of scammers out there and I’m sure they can easily create believable reviews for themselves. Why not e mail the festival office and ask if they actually supply tickets to that company you mentioned?
Yeah to be honest 2002, 03, 04 and St least two days that wouldn't have looked out of place at Download. 05 a d the odd other day cut it down basically because it had a new home. 06, 07 then two days almost in 08 I wouldn't say would have looked out of place. 2010 definitely had two days. Remember as well
The crowd for Iron Maiden (then A-Trak, I think?) followed by Black Eyed Peas was the biggest churn of audience I have ever seen in my life. Also that BEP show was horrific and have never seen so many people leave a set 😂😂
