Milk tractor

I was at Glastonbury last month, waiting for Diana Ross, when I spotted a grown man queuing up for somewhere called The Milk Stand. He propped his elbow against the bar, rubbed his goatee and went, “Just a carton of milk for me please, mate.” It was 28 degrees outside. And just as the opening chords of “I'm Coming Out” begun, I could see him out the corner of my eye, guzzling milk, little streams of white liquid cascading down his chin. And I thought: 'Sorry? Are you okay?

Crazy amateur talk. A pint of milk is a wonder every day to settle festival drink/food ravaged stomachs, and in the heat it's an even bigger win with the salt balance adding to hydration plus the cooling effect of a chilled drink.

Folk do love to find ways to place themselves above others.

Upvote for Milky Milky here too.  Loved it when we camped in Paines every year, stopped right by our tents.  Had a cold pint every morning, great for many reasons - hydration, minerals, gets rid of hangover dry mouth, settles your stomach.  Unless you're lactose intolerant, obvs.
