This was my first full 5 days glasto where I had a ticket and didn’t have to work, and Omg I’ve struggled so much to accept that’s it’s for a year 😞

Yes, a little.  But remember that it’s you and most of everyone else that was there, so you’re not alone in that at least. 
I find recalling the memories, staying in touch with friends I made there or went with, and considering why the festival is important, and how I can take that attitude into the rest of life, all helps. 
Also booking a few extra gigs, etc. if you’re in a position to do so gives you something to be excited about. 
Good luck. I’m back to working/studying from today and I am a bit scared! 😏

I’m sure The massive thing that hurts even more is that we don’t know if we’ll be back next year.  With pretty much any other gig/festival in the world you know you can get a ticket if you want to.  Glasto….. who knows

Yeah I think that's the thing that I find the hardest. Who knows when you'll be back there!

Yes, very similar, even though I've got plenty of blessings to count (and frequently do so more than some would like) it takes me a while to get over this particularly. 

As I get older and have an incredible history of good fortune on regard to G...that means it will run out at some point 😳
