I would laugh really hard if this did indeed happen simply for the fact that the chaos on the resale would be ridiculous. And the volunteer window would be closed by the time March rolled around anyway? So seeing if there was an influx of people trying diff ways to sneak in and then just literally living at the Pyramid stage for 3 days would show how deranged the fanbase is.

She 100% could decide to play again and Emily would be mad not to accept!

It is pretty clear at this stage that the headliners are the 1975, olivia rodrigo and sam fender. All this talk of decent headliners is getting my hopes up and making me sad, please stop lol

Yes - said it included Werchter, Mad Cool, NOS Alive, Roskilde, Open'er and a festival-like event in Berlin as well as BST & Glasto. So some fairly big names on the European festival circuit.

Taylor Swift literally flew to Swansea to play 6 songs in the middle of a large U.S tour in 2018. 

 

She'll play Glastonbury as a one-off if she wants to and she thinks she will get something out of it.

This would be great for those who missed 2010 . He is brilliant. But he was old even then. His band covers a lot. One of my musical hero's and 'Songs in the key of life' was one of the first albums I listened too. I'm 62. Having seen the 2010 headline slot I doubt I'd do it again as it would probably tarnish the memory of what was a wonderful night

This is my dilemma too - 2010 was amazing, so I'd love to repeat the experience but not tarnish the memory if it isn't as good

I had tickets to Mad Cool. That lineup was crazy! Once it was rearranged it had changed a bit too much for my liking so i got a refund.

well she isnt getting any money from the broadcast, so nothing to gain there. That is also another small wrinkle here. All the re recordings are not out yet so her being put on TV for this kind of thing can have a wrench thrown in even though it likely wouldnt. Theres a clause on the masters sale that lets the owners control performances of songs if theyre on tv and such. So 2 albums left would technically let that be an issue even though its one of the rarest things to happen anyway.

 

 

So now its 1975, Olivia and Stevie? Things do change fast eh. Are they just running through names

and gauging how they would be accepted? You dropped 2 newer headliners in as many months just on the chance go get a repeat legacy act to please the old folks and to not let them leave early.
