CaledonianGonzo
imho the best way to tell who from Cat Stevens and Neil Young is a Glastonbury headline act vs. who is a legend slot act is to look at how they've been booked by Glastonbury Festival. 2

FrogLobster
Any chance of Gaga instead of 1975? Mostly because she is actually active, has an album dropping sometime first half and will have a festival-show already done for Coachella. However Bob didn't headline in 1998 . Would he headline if he played now? If Dylan toured a greatest hits set, playing and singing the songs as they were recorded, I'd say he would be a much bigger live draw than he is now. But he doesn't, and it's generally just the real Bobcats go see him, and try and work out just what song he's actually playing

When you say "she is actually active".. there's really not any more reason to think she's going to be any more active in the summer than The 1975 will be. She's got Coachella booked as a one (ok, two) off, 2 months and a continent beforehand, and nothing else. I’d actually be happy with The 1975 but would love to see Gaga again - she was great in 2009 but needed a longer set. I can’t now remember where the 1975 info originally came from tho. Come on now, that is a silly thing to say and you know it. 😄Do you really think Gaga is not going to play more than 2 shows in 2025 after her long-awaited album is released? Is there literally any activity in the 1975 camp right now? Edit: She has a show now announced for Rio in May. NorthernSoul52
The 1975 info came the same way as the Neil Young info, did it not? Not saying it is ironclad, but bar self-immolation, that feels like them in the book.

Jamm
A four-hour mega set of Bob Dylan’s greatest hits, supported by all surviving members of The Band and the Grateful Dead intertwined with their biggest hits and lengthy jams. jonnytee1
Just thought id also take this opportunity to say that although i don't post on here as much as others, i have been in and around this forum under different guises for around 15 years i reckon (maybe more - don't know how long its been going)! Right now its great to be able to come on here and discuss headliners, crowd sizes and all entertain ourselves with Suprefan. Some unfortunate and dark times for my family in the real world right now and in the same way music is an outlet, i appreciate being able to come on here and have great chats and debates with you lot................. even Suprefan. SO keep up the great work and IF anyone could start a more serious rumour of Gaga - that would be fantastic Happy new year all
