We haven’t had any actual rumours of BMTH have we? But we have had one or two for Hozier.

I cannot remember any concrete chat on BMTH, but the lack of any plans in the UK since the biggest tour of their career at the start of this year was very strange. Honestly thought they would have plotted a one-off at Finsbury or the like this summer.

 

Weirdly feels like momentum has choked a little with them all of a sudden. Know they rolled the album out in a certain way, but it felt a bit like they botched the release.

He mentioned as an act he'd like to see headlining. We debated whether they'd be a headliner or 2nd headliner. The hypothetical discussion kind of just put them in contention because we talked about them so much.

 

The actual rumour was from a relatively trusted guy:

Foo Fighters, Chappel Roan, Central Cee, Hozier.

 

Another rumour was Post Malone active in Europe (Sziget and Romania).

 

The 6th act is the one we are all debating, based on availability it could be Kasabian (currently touring), Eminem (does anything for a buck), Sam Fender (about to start touring a new album).

 

Likely lineup then...

Post Malone | Foo Fighters | Sam Fender

 

Central Cee | Chappel Roan | Hozier

The ONLY person who said Foos were out also said Robbie Williams is headlining. And he said that he got the information from Melvin's dog. Another nobody with no info.

 

Foos were booked, but people questioned it after Dave got another woman pregnant, but that would have been factored into everything I'm certain. It wasn't news out of the void, the band would have dealt with this for 9 months+

Qotsa announced for Oya on the 8th of Aug, too soon for their return? I reckon they’re only doing the festivals they had to cancel this summer… unless R+L have got them to replace Foo Fighters. (I know they’re not equal in size)

Yeah there was definitely a court case regarding the custody of his children + restraining order against his ex wife. I don’t see why they wouldn’t turn up at R&L again for any other reason than R&L not approaching them.
