Can't say I get the Wet Leg live hype. Saw them beneath The Strokes at Lytham, and they were toss, frankly.

 

But for those who do enjoy them, I am glad! Just not managed to win me over yet, sadly.

Wet Leg have had their 15 minutes. If they play, I don’t think it’ll be anything more than R1 headliner. They’re certainly not troubling the big Main Stage slots again.

They have flattered to deceive by all accounts, and in a day and age where records sadly generate less and less of the income pie for artists, live reputations can be make-or-break.

Didn't mind them there and liked them more than Baxter Dury, which I struggled with, but the sound where I was didn't help.

 

Wet Leg sounded great when I saw them supporting Foos in Cardiff but I can't really judge the whole show given my tardiness meant I only saw the last two songs.

Oh I rarely think these "exclusive leaks" weeks in advance turn out to be the right one.

 

Admittedly it often makes me look like a chump when they do, but that's not that often.

Gigi Perez as Saturday bottom act despite being number 1. Pa Salieu bottom of Chevron. Kurupt FM on also appearing. Benson Boone subbing over Reytons who are headlining elsewhere.

 

Tate Mcrae, Little Simz Hozier, Chappel Roan as the sub headers.
