Are they strict with the 9pm opening time on Tuesday for the car parks?

I heard they open them earlier, to relieve traffic in the local area

  Thursday-Sunday absolutely, but that Wednesday was one of the most uncomfortably hot and humid days I've ever experienced anywhere
