There's long been a debate between people who want completely dry conditions even in debilitating heat,  and others who like a bit of ra*n "to keep the dust down", which is seen as a compromise!

Personally I'd love a dry, overcast, 20 degree Glasto, where you don't need a raincoat or any suncream.

I remember 2011 was an even split, rainy first half, hot second half. I remember being high and really enjoying the texture of the three-quarters dried mud beneath my feet. Funny what you remember lol. Squidge squidge.

Was it 2011 when it was absolutely howling and pissing down Friday and baked hard and sunny by the Sunday?    The dry-ish on top but still spongy underneath mud was an odd sensation.
