Personally I go for a traffic light system (red gets used for bands I dislike but friends want to see), green is most likely I will catch, and then go for 2-3 purples over the weekend that are ‘must see’ acts

This is the best system and I will hear no arguments, but I love the devotion to highlighting every single act!

Also a fan of the traffic light system (my must sees, my would like to sees and my partners must sees). Of course often all goes out the window come festival depending on weather, feet soreness and general flow of the day/ getting sidetracked by something weird and wonderful.

Yes, it is no more.  Replaced by Carhenge.

 

You'll find a lot of chat about it in the Carhenge and other threads.  Many people sad that it's gone.

Mine remembers most of them, but every time I go between tabs it reliably deletes 3-5 starred choices. Put them back and then it happens again, scared I'll forget something!

 

Edit: I now realise it's deleting acts where there are multiple sets across the weekend and I've highlighted all of them to see which one is the best fit. Anyone else had this and fixed it?

I have highlighted some stuff on itinerary for such as Orb (The Glade) and Showhawk Duo (Sensation stage) but it does not show on itinerary view. 

 

Is there anything I could be doing wrong ?

Not this exactly, but earlier I was finding that if I selected the Woodsies TBA, it would select all the TBAs on all days and stages. That bug seems to have been fixed now, but in doing so it may have caused your issue.

I've highlighted about 50 options really know of, 40 is that I would see, around 30 that I can do with a bit of overlap on dj sets where I'm fine to see like the last 30/40 minutes.

 

I have:

 

Baggy Monday, Showhawk Duo, Daniel Avery, Groove Armada, The Carry Nation

 

Annie Mac, The Barsteward Sons, The Vaccines, rush to end of Sugababes, Anne-Marie, the start of Faithless, Dua Lipa, Amelie Lens

 

Jamie Webster, Cyndi Lauper, Keane/TLDP on the spot decision, Bloc Party, Coldplay, Fatboy Slim over Pyrdz just.

 

The Zutons, The Ks, Softplay, a bit of James possibly, Shania Twain, Avril Lavigne, Nia Archives, Groove Armada, The Feeling, Daniel Avery, Camelphat

 

So 26 full sets but I won't make all of them. Baggy Monday over Frank Turner was also a close call but they are a tradition. I don't think I like Frank enough to miss them.
