NorthernSoul52
As for Queen, the pent-up demand was always going to be there here because of the reputation of them as this generational act-turned-tribute-show.
mttJ
Interesting on the sub-headliner front at the moment. Could have all 4 in Fontaines, Simple Minds, RAYE and Noah Kahan or could at a slight possibility have 0? I'd put money on Noah definitely being one of them, but could make a strong case against the rest. Don't think there's any remote possibility they'd put out a Sam Fender > RAYE top two. Hoping for Paramore to come in and that'd be my ticket bought in an instant. Biffy Clyro would probably do that for the rest of my group. I'm expecting from what's been said, Paramore and Jack White to come in and be two of them. I actually don't know how big Paramore are in Belgium to be given a sub spot. But Fontaines, Jack White, Paramore and Noah Kahn would probably be alright. Biffy Clyro I doubt are subbing at Werchter but I could see them taking 3rd down. They are only down to sub the second stage at RAR which would put them where ADTR would be and that's 3rd down so I can't see them not taking it. If they were offered and lower then maybe not. Not even close, height of there fame it was 4th down or the barn. I don't think they've played werchter in a decade. Although it would be nice if they headlined the barn, opposite LP or Olivia. To be fair they hadn't played RAR in over a decade either but they are next year. It's been 8 years since Hurricane too. I think there is probably a bit of acceptance at where they are now. They've started accepting some gigs even in England that wouldn't make then major headliners anymore.

I'm from midlands and usually go to St Panceras for the Eurostar, as its easier with luggage. Thanks for this. Flights look pretty pricey just now but will see in the new year if the line up is worth it!

sisco
Anyone happen to know how far the walk is from The Hive Parking to The Hive My Space?

This year we parked where the red is (2022 - I think it was where the purple is). Blue is the route we walked to our spot. Green is MySpace camping. The larger spaces were nearer the bottom of the area marked. It was probably a 15 min walk dragging all our gear in a trolley - not including the queue to get in. Myspace had it's own one though so didn't take too long. It was also longer on the way in because a sniffer dog took a shine to me at the car park even though I had nothing - so that added another 45-60 minutes on to be searched/questioned by the plain clothes police, etc. We think it may have got excited by the tent we lent a mate to take to Glastonbury the week before 😂

BlackFoxx
Lana Del Rey in the UK the weekend before and London on 3rd July. That's far too wishful thinking to think we could have a co-headliner on the Saturday or Sunday isn't it?

Fender probably needs one (can't see Raye subbing), nut Lana Del Rey is way too big for that, sadly.

Ssinday won’t be a co headline - that’s all Olivia, and Noah will do enough to get a crowd Fender probably does, but they’ll probably throw paramore as the sub and you’re sorted Edited 9 hours ago by BennyL

It's a 2 man teepee with a bit more room than the 2 man tent. It's pre-pitched and comes with airbeds, so I don't have to bring all of that with me. That's why it think me and my friend would do better either going for the new tent camping option or bring your own. €200 for a double airbed with pillow, sleeping bag and 2 person tent isn't too bad considering someone said they opted for a 4 man over a 2 man from their first time and felt it worth it. Hive MySpace is €524. You also get to take that kit hom with you as its not hired. Edited 7 hours ago by northernangel
