If you do end up heading solo, I'm the admin of a solo camping Werchter WhatsApp. Its been going since 2019 and its been pretty successful for anyone with going solo their first time (Or returning solo again). I can DM you the invite link or I think its been added to the RW Reddit FAQ.

€200 for a double airbed with pillow, sleeping bag and 2 person tent isn't too bad considering someone said they opted for a 4 man over a 2 man from their first time and felt it worth it. Hive MySpace is €524. You also get to take that kit hom with you as its not hired.

I think it may be me you're referring to. Last year I went with my GF, and we had the pre pitched + Air mattress pack, and it was good. Can be a SMALL bit cramped if ye have 2 big bags. This year I was in the 4-person pre pitched + air mattress, and it was great. Very spacious middle section and plenty of space in the “room” with the double air mattresses.

I'm suspecting that the hunch of when Fontaines Bloc Party and Biffy got mentioned that Biffy are the one not playing as it's just not worth either of their time to book them.

Obviously affordable if you are sharing. We don't want to share and for certain reasons need our own tents do would you be able to recommend an option that is inside the hive part at least that would involve leaving a tent at home?

 

My newer pop up is fine for Glastonbury etc bit it's a big bag and a ballache mostly like to carry over the water. The fact I likely won't have my wheels with me means I need to travel light although one backpack and a set of wheels to carry on board and eurostar in a black bag, then on a train over there and shuttle I wouldn't see an issue. The issue is getting over there on Tuesday evening if I end up at Glastonbury after that finishes lol.

So I'd heard in the Glasto threads.

 

Hoping more for their own show. Have said multiple times I'm annoyed I didn't go their shows with Bloc Party in the UK last year. Though can already guess the hype both for the fact those shows sold out and that they've just been playing support on the biggest tour of the year hints there'll be a lot of people vying for tickets to any such combination.

I'd still recommend either the 2-person pre pitched pack or the Apollo in that case. Someone in our group got the Apollo pack and it looked great tbh. Like there definitely is enough room for 2.
