Given LCD are playing Saturday I think it's quite unlikely they'll be doing a ciutat show. The one I wouldn't be shocked by is TV on the Radio given they've done a few intimate/surprise gigs recently on the back of their reunion.

Yeah agree. Also Haim is another good bet and they have form in doing a surprise gig at PS before.

I'll be happy with them as well.

Generally speaking I hope the 'big act show early enough to make the forum headliner' will become a tradition and not a one time thing

Assuming Santander as still sponsors of this, they have very deep pockets plus doubt they want to see Mountain Goats at the top of their poster 🙂

Just a guess but I think they will repeat the successful format of last year and have an early show in Razzmatazz on Wednesday (allowing Razz to be open for a later gig) probably coinciding with when Hinds are playing in the Forum.

 

Could be a good platform for Wet Leg to promote their new album...

Damn I really didn't think day passes would be sold out so quickly too. Was literally waiting to go back to work tomorrow to check leave 😞

 

How readily do re-sale tickets come up, I haven't been for a while.

 

And are they done through a specific re-sale site so I can set a notification or is it just trust?

 

Gutted as can't book flights now really without a ticket

I'm not surprised, the three pop headliners would be a big draw for many and then it has the best undercard of any lineup I've seen so far this year

Getting tickets close to the fest is never an issue. I do think they won't be as cheap as usual this year but it will still be possible to grab them. There are always people who's plans change last minute.

if its real Parc de Forum will be  extremely crowded; none of the years I attended has been announced as sold out for all three days and it was always packed... I'm curious to see how the crowd is distributed across the different stages hope the smaller ones don't feel deserted

Last year Lana's day was sold out and it was so vacant everywhere (assuming you avoided her) as her fans just sat there all day waiting for her show.

It can happen this year too, so I'm not that worried about being over crowded

Yeah presumably a lot of the sales are obsessive acts of the headliners who will crowd out Mordor leaving other areas quieter.

I would swear that Lana Del Rey's day didn't actually sell out last year, but you're right, many people only attended that concert or left the festival afterwards. Though, I'm not sure if it will be the same this year.
