Primavera Sound 2025

Recommended Posts

Aminé AND Denzel Curry is amazing honestly. I've been begging for it for years. Overall it's going to be amazing like it is every year. Really excited for seeing other stuff while Chappel Roan and Sabrina Carpenter play so there'll actually be good crowds.

Wish we could have had:

- Tyler

- Friko

- Kim Petras

- NIN

- Knocked Loose

Stoked about:

- Denzel

- Aminé

- Clairo

- Parcels

- Cap'n Jazz

- Crystalmess

I think this line up is a direct result of their "new normal" 50/50 gender split policy. Not that that's a bad thing at all, but I think the biggest artists in the world who are women are typically 'pop' oriented (massive sweeping statement that, I am aware) and I think they've took a bit of an easy way out for it by booking three out and out pop artists at the top of the line up.

It’s actually a really strong lineup except the headliners:

Beach House

Stereolab

Cat Power plays Dylan

Anohni

Destroyer

MJ Lenderman

TV On The Radio

The Sabres Of Paradise

Waxahatchee

Kim Deal

Floating Points

Machine Girl

Sturgill Simpson

Moritz Von Oswald

Julie Byrne

Los Campesinos

to name just a few.

Does this mean Charli, Chappell and Sabrina only headliners?

on the video LCD and Twigs were also on the first bunch of names, but here it seems like only these three.
I wonder what it means on day splits, I'm hoping Twigs and LCD will both be on one day without these three so I can avoid modror on their days, worked out perfectly with Lana

undercard seems very good

headliners are weak, despite LCD being a nice surprise

missing hip-hop/rap (not only Tyler, having Denzel Curry as the big rap name is disappointing)

overall I'm not as disappointed as the consensus here seems to be, but also it's not a strong lineup

Initial anger subsided, still some good acts on there. Unlikely to go but will consider it, absolutely kicking myself for not going last year.

Do we have ticket costs yet? On one hand paying VIP for that line-up is offensive, on the other hand more likely to actually enjoy the VIP facilities since I wouldn’t running around like a mad man for acts.

Are the €200 tickets gone, or when are they on sale?
