My mate (a guy) snogged the door Queen to get in once.. I think we may have done a mini queue jump for that.. but the queues weren’t anything like they are now..

I've never queued more than 40 minutes, I think it can get very long after headliners but it does move, so most of the time the protected queue times are rubbish.

 

I have always thought this. no way could it actually be a 3 or 4 hour queue, I'm sure its about 45 mins max.

Nah, 1.5 hours max. Depends if the re-entry queue gets big and/or if arseholes are passing their moustaches through the fence to skip the queue.

A real moustache, plus the standard entry donation of about £4, will get you in no problem. 

 

Not sure about the re-entry policy with a real one but anyone trying to dodge the fee by using a fake moustache of their own or passing them back through the fence needs to take a look at themselves.  It's £4, for charity....jeez.

It used to unofficially open on Wednesday for a few hours, with short queues, though not sure if this is still the case.

Yeah I've only ever been in on the Wednesday.

 

In 2019, we queued for around 10 minutes or so.

 

Me and my mates must've been some of the first people to get in there in 2016 as it was dead and only a handful of other people were inside.

Also the only venue at the festival that upcharges, I'm kinda surprised they're allowed to be honest, even if it is for charity.

How did I not realise they were lying about the Q times 🥲 😂 Tbh 1 hour in a Queue at 1/2am is still rough way to spend your night time at the farm

I mean it's one-in, one-out isn't it? It's not a theme park ride where they know that X amount of people can get on in an hour so can figure out your wait time. It's dependant on how many leave.

With the moustache system they have a certain number they'd give out for the night & once they were gone, they're gone & only moustaches could get in. So rocking up at 3am meant you couldn't get in.

yeah it’s never that long… if they say 3 hours expect to wait an hour max.  It’s like the opposite of Alton Towers, where you have to triple the advertised wait time!

I wore my pup mask last year and that didn't work. It was early doors so not much of a queue but they mentioned I was trying to shortcut the queue.

Its a nightclub in Block9. Set in the 70s meatpacking district of NYC, kind of like a snapshot in time. All the DJs play kind of discoey house, fitting of the period. There are drag queens performing on stage throughout the night.

The vibe is amazing, pure hedonism.

Kind of, it's a venue with a capacity. But it's quite a big capacity so there will be quite a constant flow of people.
