Lost ticket

I've been out of the UK for the last 20 days and apparently they delivered my ticket when I was not here, but all my housemates said they didn´t receive. In the Royal Mail tracks is showing as delivered, so I don't know what to do.

Contact see tickets as soon as possible.  Royal Mail should have a record of who signed for it or a photo of it going through the door.
