Arriving late Wednesday by coach. Nervous about camping spots!

Hey everyone.

Just wondering what everyone’s experience arriving around 5:30/6pm by coach?

Entering at Gate A and wondering where will have spots? I’m not fussed about the desirable places. Just want somewhere where I won’t be squeezing for a spot!

Tens of thousands of people arrive on Thursday and have no issue find a spot. You’ll be fine. You won’t be in Pennards or Oxylers but you’ll find a spot somewhere no problem.

Lovely ain’t too worried about those 2 spots!

The area around gate A you'll be fine, especially if you want an easy setup without going too far!

Absolutely no problem…. Entering at gate A just walk in until you can’t be bothered anymore or it starts to look full. You’ll find a nice space for sure 😀

If it’s just one smaller tent you can often find a space in some of the popular areas by walking further in but otherwise there will be plenty of spaces on the West side

Youll be fine. We've rocked up in the dark on a Friday and found somewhere. Albeit, we woke up and realised we we're in the middle of a ring of tents but that's on them. Every blade of grass is fair game.

I'm coming late Thursday on the coach. Where should I try, preferably for somewhere quiet and flat. Darble? Maybe the nearest bit of Bushy Ground? (Last time I was in Lime Kiln, but I'd prefer no hill).

Darble your best bet if you're in a group, but you'll probably get lucky if its just one or two small tents in quite a few campsites

Arrived at 9pm on Wednesday via a delayed coach last year, was told to head down to the south west areas. we ended up in Rig's field. bit of a f**kin trek but plenty of space.
